How does this happen???

So, Allie-Ann doesn't really like to play with her toys she would much rather climb on them, go through them and over them. Take for example the toy in the picture below, she managed to squeeze herself through the loops, I don't think this was on the warning sign when we bought this particular toy. Yes, I don't know what future our little Allie-Ann will have but it should be interesting...
